Clara Kim is a Canadian artist residing in Ottawa, born in Korea. She has been influenced by both ancient Korean arts and contemporary Western sensibilities and strives to bring these two distinct philosophies together. She paints with a decisive yet delicate stroke of the knife, creating confident lines that bring each piece to life. His work at was selected for the Government of Ontario's art collection and the City of Ottawa's direct purchasing program. She was the recipient of a grant from the Canada Council for the Arts and her works are part of international collections.
